TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. By making a reservation, you are deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions, and are accepting the terms on behalf of all persons in the party. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes.
These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with the Merchant. By entering the site, you accept these terms and conditions.
Tour prices are quoted in Vietnam Dong, depending on the daily rate. Our prices for cruises are generally per cabin, not per person, except for promotions and day cruise or dinner cruise program.
Deposit and Cancellations
Deposit payments can be settled by bank wire transfer, credit card or through Western Union Global Transfer. Deposits are generally 30% total rate is required at booking for group inquiries. For individual bookings, the full payment is required at the time of the reservation to secure the booking.
For individual bookings (group of less than 8 cabins)
- More than 07 days prior to trip departure: full refundable
- 07 days – 03 days prior to check-in date: 100% of total stay, non-refundable
- Less than 03 days prior to check-in date or No-show: 100% of total rate, non-refundable
For group bookings (group of from 8 cabins)
- More than 60 days prior to trip departure: Free of charge, Refundable (if any deposit made)
- 60 days – 15 days prior to check-in date: penalty will be applied depends on agreement between booker and Ambassador
- Less than 15 days prior to check-in date or No-show: 100% of total rate, Full charge, Non-refundable
PROMOTIONAL & PACKAGE RATES
All bookings with promotional & package rates are non-refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at our cruise will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given.
Final payment has to be settled before check-in date. These payments are due in our office or submitted online in advance before departure date. All payment in full is required at the time of booking (for FIT inquiries) or before arrival date (for GIT bookings). If final payments are not received on time, Ambassador Cruises may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.
Except as otherwise agreed by the Merchant, the Client’s payment shall be executed by cash, or credit card. Credit card transactions proceed might occure bank charges at times depends on Ambassador realtime policy.
In cases where credit facilities have not been agreed with the Client/Agent, payment shall be executed by swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate Merchant’s bank account. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Merchant must be paid by the Client/Agent.
Payment will be settled through our bank account in advance and Ambassador shall receive the payment in full before arrival date.
Refund of Unused services
No refunds or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transports or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
Confirmations will be issued by Ambassador Cruises after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email to passenger.
Liability and Insurance
Ambassador Cruises accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, damage or delay due to natural disaster, political actions, weather or causes beyond its control. Travel insurance and medical precautions are essential. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability. We strongly recommend that you purchase a travel insurance before any trips.
