Nous avons passé une super croisière de 2 jours et 1 nuit avec Ambassador Cruise. Il faut avouer que la différence est vraiment marquante au niveau de la nourriture. Nous nous sommes régalés du début à la fin, il y a des chefs qui cuisinent en direct à bord et le repas de galas est un vrai régal avec une vraie chanteuse et un vrai spectacle.

Il faut reconnaître que le service et très pro et le personnel très gentil. Le bateau est grand et propre, nous étions en cabine présidentielle et c’était super ! La cabine était très grande et très belle.

Les vues sont à couper le souffle !! Il y a une activité pour appendre à cuisiner et c’est très sympa. Par contre les autres activités ne valent pas le coup, il vaut mieux rester sur la bateau qui de vide et en profiter pour faire des photos ou aller dans la jaccuzi. L’activité de phising est également décevante car on est au fond du bateau au niveau des moteurs et c’est désagréable et mal encadré et organisé. Un petit conseil, ramenez vos snacks et boissons à bord car il y a rien pour grignoter !!

The staffs are always smiling, the service was exquisite (Camille & Ezekiel) the workers were good at observing when each course arrives. The overall theme of the ship eye pleasing.

The experience were really inclusive to all ages from early in the morning to late at night. Theres also a live band thats also catchy, the performance catch a smile with entracing voices. Two thumbs up 👍👍

We had an amazing experience with Ambassador cruise service! The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with special mention to Ms KHRISBELLE.
The ship was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent amenities. From the delicious food to the well-organized activities, every detail was thoughtfully planned. The entire journey was relaxing and memorable.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fantastic cruise vacation!

I had a wonderful experience on the Ambassador. Good food, varied, beautifully presented and refined. Luxury space, clean, very suitable for relaxing and watching the scenery.

What I was most impressed with was the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff, especially Kim Tiang. You are always attentive, attentive and ready to support, helping your journey become more complete.

It’s worth experiencing when you come to Ha Long. I will definitely come back and recommend Ambassador Cruise to friends and relatives!

This time the ambassador was right the more fun the evening. On the day of the train wide, beautiful, buffet many foods, Thao Moi supported guests very enthusiastic.

After 8 hours there is free beer, outdoor bar blurred with vibrant music and DJ dance, the air is extremely burning and still very luxurious.
