The Concierge of Ambassador team will provide an unparralleled level of service in a professional, friendly, warm, and engaging manner in order to exceed guests’ expectation by the 24/24 in-house service even on weekend, in early mornings, at late nights, or on holidays. Answering all of passengers’ questions or concerns, giving direction and making detailed reservations or recommendations. Ambassador Concierge will perform all responsibilities with professional enthusiasm and the highest regard for the true meaning of hospitality.
