HANOI – ARRIVAL
Welcome to Hanoi! On arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative holding a sign with your name on it. After collecting your luggage, please make your way to Column No. 10 in the arrivals hall, where our driver will be waiting to guide you to your private vehicle. Noi Bai lies about 35 km from the city centre — a transfer of approximately 50 minutes to one hour. Check in to Silk Path Hanoi Hotel 4★ from 2:00 PM and enjoy the capital at your own pace — a stroll through the Old Quarter, the shores of Hoan Kiem Lake, or a street-food discovery. Overnight in Hanoi.
HANOI – SAPA
Into the mountains. Travel by expressway to Sapa (about 5 hours) and check in to Sapa Catcat Hills Resort & Spa 4★. The afternoon is free to breathe the mountain air — a stroll to Cat Cat village is a lovely first taste (payable locally). Overnight in Sapa.
SAPA (AT LEISURE)
Sapa at your own pace. Your car is on hand to trek or drive through the Muong Hoa Valley to Lao Chai and Ta Van villages, or to ride the cable car toward Fansipan, the “Roof of Indochina” (tickets payable locally). Overnight in Sapa.
SAPA – MAI CHAU
After breakfast, a spectacular transfer along the Northwest mountain route to Mai Chau (about 6.5 hours), descending through Than Uyen and the Nghia Lo rice terraces; check in to Mai Chau Hideaway Lake Resort. The late afternoon is free to stroll the stilt-house villages of Lac and Poom Coong (payable locally). Overnight at the lakeside resort.
MAI CHAU (AT LEISURE)
Mai Chau at your own pace. Set among emerald rice paddies and limestone hills, the valley is made for slow days — cycle between the Thai stilt-house villages of Lac, Poom Coong and Ban Van to meet local weavers, or kayak and paddle on the resort's private lake. Further afield lie the Go Lao waterfall, the Mo Luong cave and the sweeping Thung Khe pass, while the evening brings a traditional Thai dance and a bamboo-tube rice dinner (activities payable locally). Overnight at the lakeside resort.
MAI CHAU – NINH BINH
A gentle morning by the lake, then transfer to Ninh Binh (about 4 hours) and check in to The Reed Hotel Ninh Binh 4★; the afternoon is free with your car on hand for Hoa Lu and a Trang An sampan ride (payable locally). Overnight in Ninh Binh.
