REGULATIONS ON PAYMENT TERMS OF INTERNATIONAL CARD ORGANIZATIONS

1. There must be a policy on refund, cancellation, exchange, delivery of goods/services, and other restrictions depending on the business characteristics of the Merchant (if applicable; for example, a no-show policy for hotel services).
2. These terms must be displayed together with customer and order information during the payment process. If the content is lengthy, it may be shown in a scroll box, but must not be displayed as a hyperlink or as a pop-up to another page.
3. Customers must be required to click the button “I have read and agree to the Payment Terms” before proceeding to the next payment step. (If the Merchant can log the timestamp of the customer’s agreement click, that is highly recommended.)
